We provide software development, web and application development, cloud and infrastructure, automation, and IT services. The specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees for any engagement will be defined in a separate written agreement or statement of work between you and us.

Client responsibilities

When engaging our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information necessary for us to perform the services.
  • Provide timely access to systems, accounts, and personnel as reasonably required.
  • Review deliverables and provide feedback within agreed timeframes.
  • Pay all fees in accordance with the terms of your engagement.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, ownership of custom deliverables transfers to you upon full payment. We retain ownership of our pre-existing tools, frameworks, and general know-how. Any third-party components remain subject to their respective licenses.

Confidentiality

Each party agrees to protect the confidential information of the other and to use it only for the purposes of the engagement. This obligation continues after the engagement ends.

Warranties and disclaimers

We perform our services in a professional and workmanlike manner. Except as expressly stated, our website and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from or related to any engagement will not exceed the fees paid for the services giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Florida.
